Prices listed are base value and may not reflect final cost after additional charges for things like extra characters, complex background, complex character design, props, lack of character reference, etc. True price will be quoted before starting any work.If I am designing your character for you (meaning no existing references, using a moodboard or pinterest photos, etc. ) the character design worth is equivalent only to the artwork purchased. Reselling characters with my art attached cannot have a value that is more than you have paid.Please credit my toyhouse @kuin or twitter @kuinvv if you upload my art anywhere. I may upload your commission to my gallery or use it as a future commission example unless you explicitly request otherwise. Credit will be given to you as the character owner.My art is NOT for commercial use or financial gain. However, after you commission me the artwork is yours. Feel free to crop, color edit, overlay it on your twitch stream or re-post the work wherever you'd like, so long as you provide credit and are not reselling multiple copies or adding value.I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.Requests that I feel I cannot execute to the best of my ability will be politely denied. Examples of such is fursonas, armor, extreme NSFW, very muscular or old characters, child characters, animals, etc. Gore or suggestive art is only allowed of 18+ characters and to 18+ clients. I will not draw political art or anything i think is hateful.I accept PayPal. Please add a quick note of your username and commission type when you send payment. Tips are not required but greatly appreciated!The artwork is sent as a digital file, via sta.sh, email, or dm.Dimensions are approximate to example pieces, with slight variations based on pose. I do my best to remain consistent, but style or color may vary slightly from piece to piece.After placing an order, I will provide a rough sketch to confirm your satisfaction. I will not make any further progress on your commission until you have approved the sketch and sent payment.I do not accept refunds or cancelled orders after the first WIP sketch has been approved. If something should come up on my end that results in not being able to complete the artwork, a full refund will be given regardless of time I have spent.Chargebacks, refunding or cancelling payment after it has been sent is not allowed and will result in public blacklist. Please already have the money and be ready to pay at time of ordering.After the WIP sketch is confirmed, edits or adjustments to the polished artwork are at artist discretion only and may incur an additional fee if substantial. Please provide clear references to reduce confusion and voice any changes or concerns early in the art process so that you are fully happy with how it looks!I work on one commission at a time, in order received. I will provide a quote for the estimated time of completion to the best of my ability, but real life issues may cause delays at times. I will fully communicate with you if anything changes or I experience difficulties. If at any time you need an additional update or confirmation that I am still working, please feel free to message me!Do not block me or cease communication after an order has been accepted. I work relatively fast and need clear communication and quick responses in order to make progress. Please respond within 72 hours to any message or I will have to begin working for the next person in queue.Please communicate with me in a civil manner. No swearing, aggression or bullying will be tolerated.My artwork cannot be sold or minted as an "NFT" or be used any way related to blockchain, cryptocurrencies or art reselling websites/marketplaces that use crypto currencies.Any violations of my TOS will result in a ban from future commissions or obtaining my art via any other means, and you will be placed on a blacklist with the reason for your ban provided.I will communicate with you through the platform you requested the commission on unless stated otherwise.
